On behalf of everyone at Mossy Mitsubishi, we would like to thank you for your business. As always, the health of our employees and guests continues to be our highest priority.

In light of COVID-19, we would like to remind you of our commitment to our customers, their vehicles, and our community. During this challenging time, we will continue to provide our customers with necessary services.

As we navigate through this time, we continue to monitor the current status of Covid-19 along with directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Federal, State, and local law makers. In accordance with the State of California and the provisions from Governor Newsom, our service and parts departments are considered an "Essential" business.  In addition, we will have management available to assist with all other customer needs.

Our Parts and Service departments are properly staffed to assist you with your repair and/or maintenance needs.  In addition,  all customer vehicles upon arrival are outfitted with a temporary steering wheel, gear shift,  and seat cover while in our possession.

We have staff available to process:  lease returns, lease renewals, vehicle replacement, etc.

We will continue to provide off-site delivery for new and used vehicle sales.

How does the purchase process work?

1. Self Service Selection- Shop and select a vehicle at https://www.mossymitsubishi.com/.  You may also walk through the inventory by yourself at the dealership.  Just first check in with management so that we know who is on the premises.

2. Engage- contact an Internet sales person via Telephone or by submitting a request at https://www.mossymitsubishi.com/

3. Self Service Test Drive - Let the internet salesperson know which vehicle you would like to test drive and they will have it waiting for you.  Bring a copy of your Driver's license and your insurance card to the dealership and you can take the vehicle for a test drive by yourself.  If you would prefer, we can also drop the vehicle off at your house.

4. Finalize paperwork - After you have selected the vehicle, driven and seen it in person, we will have one of our finance staff type up the paperwork for you.  You can either have the paperwork and vehicle delivered to your home, or you can finish up in one of our private offices at the dealership.  

5. Self service Delivery -  You will be given your copy of the paperwork and the keys either at your home or at the dealership.  At this time because we don't have any salespeople onsite, we are unable to do an in person delivery.  However we can arrange for a call over Skype or Facetime where we can review the features and benefits of your car with you.  We also urge you to read your owner's manual and call us with any questions that you may have.
